In our last print newsletter, we highlighted a six room 2000+ sq.ft. basement remodel complete custom bar area, family room, storage area, full bathroom, home office, and utility room. Keeping with the custom theme, we designed an invisible closet door disguised as a bookshelf. Upgraded materials included Wellborn Hancock Onyx cabinetry and crown molding and white quartz countertops surrounded by a backsplash of stone for the entertainment area. A two-doored “Jack and Jill” style bathroom was purposely situated between the guest/ office area and family room to ensure accessibility and privacy. In addition, floating wood shelving,
 luxury vinyl plank flooring and a 70-inch TV mounted to the wall in the family room area makes everyone in the family happy - even the teenage children.
