Sparks Caregiver Basement & Bathroom

Preparing for a live-in caregiver, the client required updates to their basement bathroom, bedroom, and main area. We expanded the shower area, installed built-in shelving, and added a new vanity, all in a neutral palette of whites and grays with 12 x 24 shower wall tile and pebble stone accents.

ADA-compliant modifications included wider doorways and lever handles, while luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed to prevent slipping. The finished space, with updated lighting, flooring, and a state-of-the-art bath, offers private, functional access for the caregiver and meets the client's needs with elegance and practicality.
