At its heart is a striking three-part custom-designed bar area, featuring contrasting colors, natural stone, Wellborn “Hancock Onyx” cabinetry, and white quartz countertops. The stone façade backsplash adds warmth and texture, while stainless steel appliances like a bar-sized dishwasher, drawer-style microwave, under-mount sink, ice maker, and wine refrigerator provide modern functionality.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout, offering durability for everyday use. The family room includes floating wood shelving, a double-door closet, a spacious couch area, and a mounted 70-inch TV, ensuring it meets the needs of both the clients and their teenage children.

A centrally located two-door “Jack and Jill” bathroom connects the guest/office area and family room, providing accessibility and privacy. The bathroom features a custom glass shower with glass-tiled accents, onyx-colored vanity cabinetry, and under-mounted sinks. A cleverly designed utility closet, hidden behind a custom-built bookcase-style door, adds a touch of whimsy and practicality.
