Mays Chapel Whole House Renovation - Main Floor

The original layout of this townhome featured dark, separate kitchen, dining, and living areas. To open and brighten the space, we removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room, creating a peninsula with bar seating.

We added white shaker-style cabinets, gray granite, and subway tile, along with a full-length pantry cabinet and open shelving for practicality. A new sliding door and luxury vinyl plank flooring enhanced natural light and cohesiveness, transforming the main floor into an open, airy, and balanced space.
