Mays Chapel Whole House Renovation – Lower Floor

As part of a whole-house renovation in Mays Chapel, the lower level underwent a stunning transformation. The existing powder room was upgraded to a full bathroom, now featuring a spacious shower with sleek white wall tiles, a molded seat, a refined pedestal sink, and a modern toilet.

To create the necessary space, the back wall was extended into the adjacent laundry room. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the bathroom, family room, and office, adding a seamless and sophisticated touch.

A new sliding glass door was also added, providing effortless access to the back deck. With the addition of a shower in the bathroom, the office has been reimagined as a versatile fourth bedroom, enhancing the functionality and appeal of the space.
