Greenspring Great Room with Kitchen Addition

Facing a need for additional space and updated design in the Greenspring area, the client requested a full renovation inspired by one of our previous projects. We replicated and personalized key design elements including large cylinder pendant lighting, an in-island cabinet microwave, translucent and opaque white backsplash tile, white shaker-style cabinetry, and a cherry wood island. Smart appliances provide remote temperature control via phone app.

The HVAC system was relocated to enable an open concept, with seamless hardwood flooring installed throughout. The 16' x 24' great room addition features a dry-stacked stone façade for the television, independent heating system, dual-functioning sliding glass doors, and large windows connecting to both backyard and kitchen. A two-sided built-in shelf was repurposed to form a linear line in the new family room area.

This expansive renovation delivered a personalized, cohesive space that brings joy through entertaining and daily living.
