Project Description

Wanting to enlarge their master bath, the homeowners decided to eliminate their adjacent bedroom closet in their 1930’s colonial home. This extra space allowed for a newly remodeled shower complete with granite topped seat and wall niche. Porc DiRoca Breccia tile in Jasper was chosen for the shower walls and accented border. Comprised of interlocking random shaped and sized stones, the shower floor was created using a combination of marble and quartz.

Because they wanted to control their water pressure and temperature simultaneously, a Monentrol shower system by Moen was installed. Keeping with the traditional theme, a two-piece Kohler toilet with a crown molding style base was selected. The tin doors added texture to the one-piece porcelain topped cherry wood vanity. To maximize the newly added space even a pocket door was added.
