Wanting an area to enjoy her backyard view, this three-season porch fits the bill. A maintenance-free 12 X 11 area was built with composite decking, aluminum railings, vinyl ceilings, and vinyl doors. The new matching roofline tied-in the elevation for a seamless look. In addition to being an attractive accent, the oil rubbed outdoor fan was installed to aid with airflow. This minimal upkeep space is now truly a source of relaxation and extra space for our client and her family.
