Abingdon Marble Tiled Traditional Bathroom

Categories: Bathrooms

This Abingdon Marble Tiled traditional bathroom will stay current with its classic neutral tones. Marble tile was at the forefront of this remodel covering the shower walls, shower floor, main floor, tub deck and vanity top in “Queen Beige”.

The shower was extended to include the existing back wall allowing for a new niche shelf and seating area. In order to show off the Moentrol shower system, mosaic tile area, grab bar/shelf and square tile drain a clear two-sided custom shower door was designed and installed. Bertch cabinets topped with a ginger glaze were chosen for the vanity area, tall linen tower, and matching wall mirrors. The illuminated cosmetic mirror was mounted on the wall with a hinged arm for easy access.

Not long before construction started, while out of town, our clients noticed that the hotel bathroom had a shelf above the vanity. They decided they wanted one as well because it allowed bath products or decorations to be displayed without cluttering up the main surface area. Lastly, a step was built in front of the tub area for safe access to the jetted tub. We hope that they enjoy this bathroom renovation for many years.
