Signing
The Contract

A contract is one of
the most important parts of the hiring process. An organized, well written,
detailed contract can help eliminate unnecessary surprises. It can also protect
both the customer and the remodeler. The design and content of a contract will
help show how organized and detailed the remodeler is. Never pay any money to
a remodeler until you have throughly read, understood, and signed the contract.
Do not assume anything.
